I had a great stay at this hotel which offers a really generous size for the rooms along with a friendly staff that always greeted me by name. The location couldn't be better, right between the spas and close to the cable car. However, the dining experience was a bit underwhelming despite having a decent selection, and the rooms, although clean, felt a bit old and chilly.
